This Python for QGIS Initiation training session is intended for individuals with basic computer skills, familiarity with QGIS, and a desire to design interfaces and create plugins in QGIS. Designed for beginners, this 3-day course includes an introduction to the Python language.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the basics of development and programming concepts in Python
- Use basic PyQGIS commands
- Design graphical interfaces with Qt Designer
- Identify useful plugins for development
- Develop a graphical plugin in QGIS
